A 2.4 litre replacement boiling water tank for LavaTap 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 boiling taps, supplied with one 3/8" BSP female to 1/2" BSP male brass bush. If your tank has failed, you can keep your tap. The brass bush converts one of the tank's 3/8" BSP male connections for a tap hose with a 1/2" female end. No washer is included, so reuse your seal and check the threads first.

Up to 60 cups an hour. Up to 1.7 litres of water at up to 98 °C on demand, and up to 60 cups an hour for tea, coffee and cooking. Choose from 14 settings between 45 and 98 °C on the digital display. It reheats automatically, with a 1.5 kW element and a thermal cut-out, and it is insulated and quiet in the cupboard.

Which tank do I need? This pack is for a tap hose with a 1/2" female end, as on ProBoil 2X and Bristan taps. If your tap hoses have 3/8" BSP ends, choose the LavaTap boiling water tank. If your tap is plumbed with 6 mm push-fit tube, as on Ellsi, ETAL and Sauber taps, choose the LavaTap tank with 6 mm push-fit adaptor. Want a genuine filter in the same box? In the box. 2.4 litre boiling water tank with 13A plug lead, and one 3/8" BSP female to 1/2" BSP male brass bush. Tap, filter, isolation valves, pressure-reducing valve and other connectors are not included.

Your guarantee. The heating element is covered for 5 years and the sensor and control board for 2 years, from installation. Register within 30 days of installation, using the guarantee card in the box, because your cover is not active until you do. Cover is for manufacturing faults in normal domestic use, held by the original buyer, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

Keeping your cover valid. Have the tank fitted by a qualified installer, working to current regulations, with genuine parts throughout. Fill the tank and run the tap until the flow is steady before you plug it in. Hand-tighten the 3/8" BSP connections, because a spanner can crack the internal seals. Install it indoors (0–35 °C), upright and uncovered, with 10–15 cm clear on three sides. Keep the water pressure between 1.5 and 5 bar, and keep the vent pipe free of kinks. Change the filter at least every 6 months with a genuine filter, and keep the receipts.

Not covered. Incorrect or DIY installation, dry-fired elements, limescale and hard-water damage, frost damage, non-genuine parts or filters, missed filter changes, general wear and tear, and harsh or abrasive cleaning.
