Where do you deliver?
Deliveroo sets our delivery area. It currently reaches about 8 miles from our Knebworth warehouse, including Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City, Hertford, Ware, Hatfield and Hitchin.
When can I order?
Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm. We're closed at weekends.
How much is delivery?
Deliveroo sets the delivery and service fees and shows them before you pay.
Is there a minimum order?
Deliveroo sets a minimum order value. Below it, Deliveroo may add a small order fee.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
Deliveroo sends you a receipt for your order. If you need a VAT receipt from us, contact us with your Deliveroo order number and we'll send one.
Something missing or wrong?
Use Order Help in the Deliveroo app and Deliveroo will sort it out.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Start the return in the Deliveroo app, then bring the unused item back to our Knebworth warehouse. Once we've checked it, your refund comes through Deliveroo.
Can I collect instead?
Yes. Order on lavastore.co.uk, choose click and collect, and pick up from Swangleys Farm, Knebworth. Orders are usually ready within an hour.
