The Heatmiser UH8 230V 8-Zone Wiring Centre is an advanced control panel engineered for hydronic underfloor heating systems and mixed heating installations in residential and commercial environments. Designed for professional installers, the UH8 centralises and simplifies the wiring for up to eight independent 230V thermostat zones, providing a structured and highly reliable interface between multiple room thermostats, thermal actuators, manifold circulation pump, manifold valve, and boiler or heat source.

All eight zones are independently switched, with each output rated at 230V 3A (supporting up to four thermal actuators per zone) and protected by an internal 5A anti-surge fuse. The UH8 includes dedicated relay outputs for the underfloor heating pump and manifold valve (each 230V 3A), as well as a volt-free boiler enable relay (LS/LR/E) for safe and universal integration with most system boilers or other heat sources.

For advanced scheduling and grouped control, the UH8 supports dual 230V time channel bus integration—allowing installers to connect up to two independent timeclock programs (e.g. Heatmiser TM4 or similar) for flexible group scheduling of different heating zones. A unique hardware slide switch allows Zone 8 to operate in either standard underfloor heating mode or as a radiator/towel rail zone, enabling the boiler call without energising the UFH manifold pump or valve—making the UH8 suitable for mixed heating environments.

Comprehensive diagnostic neon indicators provide real-time visual status for every zone, pump, valve, boiler, and supply, streamlining commissioning, troubleshooting, and service. The robust, IP20-rated enclosure (384 × 148 × 60 mm) is supplied with DIN rail and surface mounting options, full terminal labeling, and clear installation guidance for rapid, compliant installation.

The UH8 is fully compatible with Heatmiser Slimline, NeoStat, DS-SB, and most third-party 230V on/off thermostats and standard UFH actuators. It is not suitable for electric underfloor heating mats, wireless or 12V thermostats.
