The Danfoss HP22 22 mm 2 Port Motorised Zone Valve is engineered for high-performance flow control in domestic and light commercial heating circuits. Supplied as a complete assembly including actuator and shoe-type valve body, it fits standard 22 mm external compression copper or iron pipework. With a flow coefficient of 8.2 m²/h and a robust working pressure rating of 10 bar the HP22 handles demanding hydronic loads while its maximum operating temperature of 95 °C makes it suitable for many boiler and system water conditions. The self-cleaning dual shoe design allows flow in either direction and delivers positive shut-off for improved reliability and reduced maintenance. Its integrated SPST auxiliary switch offers a feedback or control signal for building management or boiler interlock applications. On-site convenience is enhanced by a manual lever override for system filling or commissioning without power. The HP22 is ideal where efficient, compact and dependable zone control is required.
