An almost exact replacement for my faulty Honeywell programmer that decided to stop working. A doddle to fit using either existing Honeywell back board or comes with new to save you wiring. Fitted a new back board and controller in ten minutes. Now have hot water again and no faults

Easy to replace
After my Honeywell st9400c heating controller started to flash like a 90s rave I did a little research. After a few minutes found this made by Resideo it's almost identical and fits directly onto the same wired back plate so no wiring involved. It's a 10 minute job to swap over just check the programme on your existing controller in the installer programming mode and change it if necessary. It's been working for a while now and my heating is working properly so the jobs a good un.
Excellent product just what we needed as a cheaper alternative
Excellent product, the display on my Honeywell had become unreadable, this replacement was fitted by me in less than 60 seconds.
Very good central heating programmers
Instructions are a little bit poor. They do not explain that there is a front cover to remove to get to the set up.The back plate is removed from the whole controller with a little difficulty, this is shown in instructions but fail to explain an other front plate is to be removed.Just hoping that the light up display do not fail as described in other feed backs, I believe you can alter the light on or off , then again poor instructions.

Arrived when expected. Does the job and fitted easily into wall plate of old timer. Only caveat is the manual does not make it clear that both "central heating" and "hot water" have to be set to off to enter installers mode which is necessary to change the screen back light setting.
This was a replacement for my old controller. This is easy to read with its back light and easy to setup. If you are using 7 day program you can have each day different or use the copy button to copy same setting tp next day.

Works well, good value alternative to original unit, only slight downside is the cover is a bit fiddly to remove, but that is only an occasional issue for me.
Excellent alternative for a Honeywell replacement programmer. Did not require a ‘back plate’ as the old Honeywell ST9400C item fitted perfectly. This enabled a ‘speedy’ replacement process.
There are some options missing compared with original.With the cover on some buttons do not function properly.
